I’ve always been one to listen to music while I’m reading.
Sometimes, I’ll choose something based on what I’m reading. Or I’ll choose it based on my mood.

So, I listen to a lot of sappy love songs because I read sappy love stories.
And I listen to a lot of 80s, because I’m usually in a nostalgic sort of mood.
All in all, I love music, and I love reading.

White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino.
From Barnes & Noble.
In Venti size

Freaking DELICIOUS!

And didn’t last nearly long enough.

Also, next time? I need to bring my Kindle. Just because it felt funny to do it. Going to Barnes & Noble and reading on a Kindle. Like going to the Library and reading on the Kindle.

Yes, I’ve done that.

Swim Lessons begin again for Ethan. Madi gets to do them later in July.
We’re enjoying this time being Mom and Daughter, and we’re finding ourselves doing similar things. I’ll be reading the Kindle, and Madi’ll be reading her Diary of a Wimpy Kid or playing on my Inspire, 😀
Love it!

Ethan has swim lessons, but Madi doesn’t, so we’re enjoying some hang-out time together, and she gets to catch up on some fun reading.
She LOVES the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series.

048/366 [2012] – Reading

Yes, that’s my daughter reading a dictionary.
She does it randomly. She then attempts to use the words in every day conversation.
It helps her work on her reading comprehension and it lets her feel like she’s smarter than her parents.
Sometimes, she is.
